In the Carolinas Chapter of the Parkinson’s Foundation, we are incredibly lucky to have three Centers of Excellence (COEs) that provide incredible support to our local PD communities. These are designated medical centers with a specialized team that practices the latest Parkinson’s disease (PD) treatments, research, and provides the very best care.
