Fall Walks Go Virtual

Fall Walks Go Virtual

Moving Day walks are going virtual.

Moving Day events taking place this fall are going virtual due to the evolving situation with the coronavirus. The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, sponsors and staff are our highest priority, so we are not having a large in-person event this year. While we will not be able to move together in-person, the exciting news is that you will be able to move with us from home.

This virtual experience will include everything you love about Moving Day. Tune in on your phone or computer and you will hear real people telling their stories of living with Parkinson’s, loving people with Parkinson’s and working to beat Parkinson’s. And in between those emotional and inspiring stories, we are bringing in fitness experts from your area to do mini-workout sessions right from your living room. New this fall, a new feature in the Moving Day app will track your steps as you do your own walk in your neighborhood.

Moving Day will look different this year but our commitment to make lives better for people living with Parkinson’s has not changed. We are grateful to our sponsors, donors and volunteers for helping us get closer to the promise of a cure.

Visit the Events Details page for up to date information about the event. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Moving Day has raised nearly $45 million and brought more than 186,000 participants together.
