While Moving Day KC will be a drive thru event this year, we’re excited to offer an optional in-person, socially distanced exercise class following the car parade. This class will be hosted by the Parkinson’s Exercise & Wellness Center and is intended for those with PD and their caregivers.
Class will be held outdoors on the SE lawn at Liberty Memorial at 10:00 am and will last approx. 30 minutes. The class is intended for all levels. Attendees will be spaced out and have the option of participating standing or seated. All registrants will have a chair available for them. Handicap bathrooms will also be available.
All exercise participants, instructors, and volunteers will be required to wear a face mask. Extra masks will be available for those who need one. Hand sanitation stations will also be available for all those in attendance.
