As many of you may know, my Mom battled Parkinson’s for a number of years.  My little sister, Linda, was recently diagnosed with the disease as well.  In addition, I have a brother-in-law and a sister-in-law who have had family members touched by this debility.  As a family, we wanted to do something to support our sister and help combat the disease and fight for a cure.  So we are WALKING!  All my siblings and our wonderful spouses will be participating in Moving Day® Atlanta , benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation, on Saturday, October 21, 2017.     Please consider being a part of our team, “We Are Family 2017” by making a donation.  You can donate by clicking the tab on this page or by sending a check to:

Why Move for Moving Day?

Did you know that someone is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease every 9 minutes in the United States? No one should have to face Parkinson’s alone. That is why the National Parkinson Foundation provides a community of support to give people the resources and help they need to live well with Parkinson’s.

Support our mission to help every person diagnosed with Parkinson’s live their best possible life now. Your gift will help us fund better research, better treatment and better lives.
