Welcome to our Moving Day Team Page!
As many of you know, Tom “the Gadget Man” Gannon, the most wonderful husband, dad, grandfather, and friend was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease 2 years ago August. While the disease may have slowed him down just a bit, his quick wit, kindness, and laughter are still at full speed. We are doing this walk in his honor and in the honor of all of those inflicted with this terrible, degenerative disease.
Please consider helping us reach our fundraising goal to help Tom and others like him continue to stand up to Parkinson’s Disease. You are also more than welcome to join our team for this awesome event.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our team page.

In the United States, 50,000-60,000 new cases of Parkinson’s disease (PD) are diagnosed each year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD.
Join our team for the local Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day walk, the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community. Your support will help us continue improving the quality of care for those living with Parkinson’s disease.
