I am participating in Moving Day® DFW , benefiting the National Parkinson Foundation, on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Globe Life Park. As many of you know I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s over 10 years ago and still moving right along.  The key for me is good medical care, exercise, and having fun with friends and family.

This event offers all of that-it will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.

Please consider being a part of my team and/or sponsoring me with a donation if you in a position to do so.  This is solid organization who is doing great things for our PD community.

Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the National Parkinson Foundation.
