Please join me once again as I walk this year not just ‘for’ my grandmother, but ‘in memory’ of my grandmother, Nury Chong.  My grandmother passed away at the beginning of this year due to this horrible disease.  It saddens me to remember how full of energy she once was and how quickly she deteriorated before my eyes.  This was one of my last days with her showing her my ballet dance.  I thank God that I was able to be with her in the end and I will always cherish our memories together.  I know that I will always have an angel watching over me.

I will continue to do what I can to raise awareness and continue to fight for a cure.  I am participating in Moving Day® Miami, benefiting the Parkinson’s Foundation, on Sunday, November 12, 2017.

The event, taking place at Museum Park, will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.

Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.

Thank you for helping me reach my fundraising goal to support the vital work of the Parkinson’s Foundation.
