Welcome to the T.R.A.P. Pack’s Moving Day Milwaukee Team Page!
T.R.A.P. Pack is an acronym for the four primary Parkinson’s Disease symptoms; Tremor ~ Rigidity ~ Akinesa/Bradkinesia ~ Postural instability
In the United States, 50,000-60,000 new cases of Parkinson’s disease (PD) are diagnosed each year, adding to the one million people who currently have PD. Stephanie and I will be walking in Memory of our Mom, Marge Dlapa and in honor of our Aunt, Roseann Peskie.
Join our team for the second annual Parkinson’s Foundation Moving Day Milwaukee walk, Saturday, June 9th, 2018 at Hart Park in Wauwatosa, the first nationwide grassroots campaign that spotlights the disease on a national level and gives the chance to raise awareness and funds in our own community. Your support will help us continue improving the quality of care for those living with Parkinson’s disease. Last year we collected over $2750.00 and won the title of “Most Spirited Team”!!
Please join us for a cause that is dear and near to our hearts; you can join the team and walk with us, donate to us or join the “lawn chair committee” to cheer us on. Anything you do will be greatly appreciated!
