NJ Teen Author will have copies of her book “Why Grandpa’s Hands Shake” for sale at Moving Day New Jersey

“Why My Grandpa’s Hands Shake” is born from Carolyn Chen’s own personal experience with her grandfather’s Parkinson’s disease. Inspired to share his story and make a difference, she founded the Livingston High School Parkinson’s Disease Awareness Club to educate young people and raise awareness about the challenges faced by those with Parkinson’s. Through this heartfelt book, Carolyn combines personal insight, advocacy, and education to empower readers with understanding and compassion. Books will be available for purchase, with all proceeds going to the Parkinson’s Foundation, supporting research and programs for those affected by Parkinson’s disease.
