We’re celebrating 12 incredible years of Moving Day Los Angeles with something special: the 12 Days of Moving Day LA Challenge! From Monday, September 8 through Friday, September 19, we’ll share a daily action to help raise awareness, grow our community, and fund critical Parkinson’s programs.

Each day brings something new, from social media shout-outs, to fundraising challenges, to sharing your own story. Some days even include prizes like Dodgers tickets, exclusive Parkinson’s prizes and team recognition!

Here’s how to join:

2. Follow along with the daily challenges on email and social media.

3. Complete the action for the day (easy steps like posting, donating, recruiting).

4. Use #MovingDayLA so we can see and celebrate your efforts!
