Moving Day® Columbus Details
Location: MAPFRE Stadium: One Black & Gold Blvd, Columbus, OH 43211
Event will take place in the BIG white tent.
Schedule of Events
11:30 AM – Tailgates open
12:30 PM – Registration, Food Trucks Open, Kid’s Area, and Sponsor Tables Open
12:45 PM – Rock Steady Boxing
1:05 PM – Dance for PD
1:25 PM – ActivMotion Bar
1:40 PM – Delay the Disease
1:50 PM – National Anthem
2:00 PM – Walk
2:30 PM – Thank you
Walk Route
We have a walk route for everyone! We will be walking the top part of MAPFRE Stadium. There is an elevator and a ramp to get to the top of the stadium. One lap is a ¼ mile.
PARKING
Parking is FREE at MAPFRE Stadium. There is also FREE handicap parking.
Tailgates
IF YOUR TEAM RAISES OVER:
$7,500+ Receive a 10×10 tent and space for your family to gather, table, 6 chairs and special refreshments. Team signage on tent as well as recognition of your team’s accomplishment!
$12,500+ Receive 2 10×10 tents, two tables, a dozen chairs and special refreshments. Team signage on tent as well as recognition of your team’s accomplishment! All team members will also receive a special surprise gift.

Food Trucks
NEW this year is food trucks! The food trucks will be donating 10% of their proceeds back to Moving Day® Columbus! Look for the food truck signs to point to the Food Truck area.
Car Wash
NEW this year is a Car Wash! Please look for the Car Wash signs to direct you to the Car Wash area. Donations are accepted! 100% of the donations collected at the Car Wash will go to Moving Day® Columbus!
T-shirt contest
At Moving Day® Columbus, we will be having a t-shirt contest for the best team t-shirt! If you order your shirts through Columbus Custom Tees, they will donate a percentage back to Moving Day® Columbus.
