Stop by Emmy Beth’s Ice Cream Truck at Moving Day Miami! Emmy Beth’s Ice Cream is a family owned and operated trailer serving homemade dairy & non-dairy ice creams. Amy, owner of Emmy Beth’s Ice Cream, wanted to be a part of Moving Day because of her dad, Dale. He was diagnosed with Parkinson’s 11 years ago, at the age of 54. After dealing with years of MANY medications, he had a successful DBS surgery in April of 2022. A decade later and he’s still showing Parkinson’s who’s boss!
