Join us at Hackensack Meridian Health, JFK Medical Center on Saturday, December 1 for Parkinson’s Foundation Caregivers Summit -Live Streaming from Phoenix, Arizona.

The Caregiver Summit is open exclusively to caregivers/care partners of people with Parkinson’s.  If your loved one with Parkinson’s would like to participate, this location will offer simultaneous programming! Click Here for details and registration.
