I hope this update finds you as excited as we are about the Moving Day Ventura County event taking place this Saturday, April 13, 2024. As we gear up for the big day, I wanted to bring your attention to the weather forecast, which predicts rain for Saturday.

Despite the inclement weather forecast, I want to reassure you that we are moving forward with the Moving Day event as planned. Rain or shine, our commitment to raising awareness and support for Parkinson’s disease remains steadfast. We are dedicated to ensuring a successful and memorable event for all participants.

Dress appropriately for the weather and bring any necessary rain gear. We want everyone to be as comfortable as possible during the event, so please prepare accordingly. For weather-related updates or changes, visit MovingDayVenturaCounty.org.

We understand that wet conditions may pose challenges for participants using mobility devices. Please use your discretion when deciding whether to attend. If you are unable to join us, rest assured that we will ensure you receive your fundraising rewards. Team Captains attending the event can collect rewards on behalf of their team members, or we will arrange to have them mailed out.
