The Miami community came together on Saturday, October 23rd at Moving Day Miami to help the Parkinson’s Foundation amplify Parkinson’s awareness, raise funds and to remind and educate people that there are one million Americans living with Parkinson’s disease.
Moving Day is a chance to speak up about Parkinson’s disease and move others to take action. It is a movement for change—towards more awareness, more funding, and more understanding of a disease. Moving Day surpassed the goal and raised $123,228 for Miami’s Parkinson’s community.
