Put on your Moving Day gear and comfortable shoes – it’s time to move! Get ready to exercise, explore Parkinson’s resources, join in the uplifting We Move Ceremony and enjoy the Moving Day Walk. You don’t want to miss out on the inspiring day we have planned for you!
Moving Day will take place rain or shine. Check the weather forecast to prepare accordingly. Should conditions warrant any change, we will announce it via email and the Moving Day website.
The walk will include a 0.25-mile short route and a 1.25-mile-long route. Due to protected wildlife, no balloons are allowed on Conner Prairie grounds.

Location & Parking
The event will take place at Conner Prairie, 13400 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN. The event space is at the Hilltop Pavilion area, near the sand volleyball courts. Enter off of Allisonville Road and follow signs for Parking behind (or beyond) the on-site Apple Store” since you will be in the Blacksmith’s Lot instead of the regular guest/symphony parking lot Parking is free. Admission into Conner Prairie is free for the day for registered Moving Day attendees! (Additional charges for the corn maze and balloon would apply)

Check-In/Registration
Check-in begins at 9:00 am. Visit the check-in/registration area to grab your event program, drop off donations, and pick up your ribbons and Moving Day Rewards card if you’ve earned Moving Day fundraising rewards. We highly encourage online donations before the event. Don’t forget that all participants must register at MovingDayIndianapolis.org beforehand.

11:00 AM – UNIFIED DANCE TEAM PERFORMANCE
11:30 AM – PASSPORT WINNER ANNOUNCED
NOON – EVENT ENDS
Walk Route
The Moving Day Walk is for participants of all ages and abilities: The walk will include a 0.25-mile short route and a roughly 1.25-mile long route.

Restrooms
Portalets will be available on-site as well as accessible bathrooms near the Apple Store.
Refreshments
Enjoy bottled water and light refreshments on-site.
Pets
Conner Prairie does not allow pets on their grounds.
Donations
Drop off cash and check donations at the check-in/registration area. Credit card donations can be made online or through the Parkinson’s Moving Day App. You can also mail check donations to the provided address, ensuring to include a note with the participant’s name for proper credit.

Moving Day Rewards
Registered participants who raise $100 or more will receive an exclusive Moving Day T-shirt. More details about additional Moving Day Rewards can be found here. T-shirts and other rewards will be available for pick-up on the event day at the Rewards Tent, except for the All-Star Mover Zip-Up Hoodie Jacket, which will be shipped after the event to qualifying participants.
