What to Expect at Moving Day
Get ready for an inspiring and unforgettable day!
- Put on your gear: Lace up your comfortable shoes and wear clothes suitable for the weather
- Dive into activities: Experience energizing movement sessions, connect with local Parkinson’s resources and take part in the uplifting We Move Ceremony, all beginning before our walk kicks off!
- Enjoy the walk: Celebrate community and movement as we move together in the fight against Parkinson’s disease.
Remember, Moving Day happens rain or shine! Be sure to check the weather forecast and prepare accordingly. If there are any changes due to weather, we’ll notify you via email and text and update the Moving Day website.

Location & Parking
The event will be held at Livingston Park located at 156 Hooksett Road, Manchester, NH, 03104. Follow directional signs towards the parking area.
Check-In/Registration
Check-in opens at 10:00 am. Stop by the check-in area to get your event program, drop off donations and pick up your Moving Day Rewards card, if eligible. We strongly recommend making online donations before the event. Remember, all participants must register in advance at MovingDayNewHampshire.org.
Let us know you’re coming! Download the new Fundraise for Parkinson’s App and check in the day before so we know to expect you. You’ll still stop by the Registration tent upon arrival.”

10:00 am: Registration Opens
10:00 – 10:40 am: Explore resources, enjoy activities, connect with the community and join on-stage exercise demos. Kids activities are available.
10:45 am: We Move Ceremony
10:55 am: Moving Day Walk Begins
11:45 am: Passport challenge winner(s) announced at the We Move Stage

Walk Route
The Moving Day Walk is for participants of all ages and abilities:1-mile option. Click HERE for the walk route map.
Restrooms
Restrooms will be available on-site.
Refreshments
Enjoy bottled water and light snacks on-site.
Pets
Dogs are allowed in the park, please have your dog on a leash.
Donations
Drop off cash and checks at the check-in area. Credit card donations can be made online or via the NEW Fundraise for Parkinson’s Moving Day app. You can also mail checks with a note including the participant’s name to ensure proper credit.

Moving Day Rewards
Participants who raise $100+ receive a Moving Day T-shirt. Check out additional rewards here. Pick up T-shirts and other rewards at the Rewards Tent. Participants who raise $1,000+ will receive the All Star Mover Quarter Zip Sweatshirt after the event.
