What is Moving Day @ Home?
With Moving Day @ Home, you can bring the Parkinson’s Foundation signature walk to your own community. Register, set up your fundraising page and create your own Moving Day — whether it’s in your neighborhood, at a local park, or right at home. Together, every step and every dollar raised helps improve care, fund research and support people living with Parkinson’s disease.
How to Participate
It’s easy to bring Moving Day to your own community:
- Register online to join Moving Day @ Home.
- Fundraise by inviting friends, family and coworkers to support you.
- Create Your Walk — choose your route, pick your time, and move in your own way.
Create Your Moving Day Experience
Moving Day @ Home is all about making it your own. Here are a few ways to bring the spirit of Moving Day to wherever you are:
- Walk in your neighborhood with family, friends or teammates.
- Gather at a local park and make it a group celebration.
- Move indoors — on a treadmill, around your home, or even with a dance party.
- Add your own touches — wear your Moving Day gear, decorate signs or play your favorite music.
- Share your story by posting photos or videos on social media to inspire others. Tag us @ParkinsonDotOrg.
No matter how you move, you’ll be connected to the larger Parkinson’s community.

Donations
You can make a credit card donation on the Moving Day @ Home website or the Fundraise for Parkinson’s App. If you want check donations to appear in your fundraising total sooner, use the mobile check deposit feature in the mobile app or mail them to the address below.

Moving Day Rewards
All registered participants who raise $100 or more will receive an exclusive Moving Day T-shirt. Click here to learn more about additional Moving Day Rewards. As Moving Day @ Home is a virtual event, your Moving Day rewards will be mailed to the address you provided at registration after November 8, 2025.
