What to Expect at Moving Day @ Home
Get excited – you are about to experience the most FUN and engaging virtual Moving Day @ Home experience! The Parkinson’s Foundation will be hosting Moving Day @ Home, a nationwide virtual walk, which kicks off on April 6th, and runs through June 10th. Moving Day @ Home allows individuals across the country to unite for a common cause – to beat Parkinson’s disease. Individuals can walk from wherever they are, at their own pace, for however long they would like, or organize a team and encourage others to “move” with them and raise funds to help improve care and propel us towards a cure.
Registration
We ask that everyone who participates Moving Day @ Home register at MovingDayUSA.org before the event.
Program & Activities
Moving Day @ Home is a celebration of movement features an audio broadcast with heart-warming stories and Parkinson’s information, and resources to empower you. Motivational music will be sprinkled throughout the program to keep you moving while you listen in. So, grab your phone, headphones, and walking shoes, and let’s move!
Donations
You can submit credit card donations on the Moving Day @ Home website or the Parkinson’s Moving Day app. If you want check donations to appear in your fundraising total sooner, use the mobile check deposit feature in the Parkinson’s Moving Day app or mail them to the address below.
