Dear Friends and Family,

It’s that time of year again for the annual “Moving Day Chicago Walk” event to help raise money for the National Parkinson’s Foundation.

As most of you know, my father passed away at a very early age due to Parkinson’s disease. My younger sister Jen has also been diagnosed with the disease but continues to fight every day with unwavering optimism, courage and hope.

For a third year in a row, I will be participating in the Moving Day Chicago Walk event on Sunday, October 15th, 2017 with my sister by my side.

With your support we can help the foundation’s mission to improve the quality of care for people with Parkinson’s disease through research, education and outreach. I know you understand the importance of an event that raises money for such an important cause.

Thanks in advance for your generosity – no matter what you can afford, every dollar counts!  And of course, if you will be in the Chicago area, we would love to have you to join the “Jen’s Angels” team and walk along with us!

All the best,
