We know there are numerous causes vying for your support, but we would love for you to join us for the Parkinson's Foundation Charity Walk! Rick currently serves on the Parkinson's Foundation Heartland Board and this walk is one of their largest fundraising events.

As most of you know, Rick has been living with Parkinson's for approximately 10 years. The progression has been downright rude at times but Rick has kept a positive attitude and continues to exercise to keep it at bay as much as possible. We would love to see progress on treatments which only comes from research. Any amount contributed would have an impact on making that happen.

PS As many of you know, Rick had back surgery in November and has been unable to walk very much due to the pain, however he is currently working with his PT team to be able to complete the walk in April! He recently did a quarter of a mile.

PSS We think the team name is funny because of the song Shake Rattle and Roll...we left off the Shake since Rick and Parkinson's have that part covered....ok, maybe not that funny. Let's go with we had to come up with a name really fast.
