I am participating in Moving Day® Los Angeles, benefiting the Parkinson’s Foundation, on Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the Park Center, Griffith Park.

As you know finding a cure is very personal to me and my family.  My Mom has had Parkinson’s for over two decades, and only in recent years has new therapies become available.  These breakthroughs have happened because of events like this one – where both funds and awareness are raised.

The event will be a fun-filled, family-friendly event for all ages and abilities. We will be able to enjoy a variety of movement activities yoga, dance, Pilates, Tai Chi, boxing, stretching and much more and celebrate the importance of movement in our lives.

Please consider being a part of my team or sponsoring me, and I encourage you to get your friends, family and coworkers involved.  Our team is Dope & Mean, it is a Parky pun.  Let me know if you need any help registering!

Thank you for helping me support the vital work of the Parkinson’s Foundation.
