No one should have to face Parkinson’s alone. That is why the Parkinson’s Foundation provides a community of support to give people the resources and help they need to live well with Parkinson’s.Support our mission to help every person diagnosed with Parkinson’s live their best possible life now. Your gift will help us fund better research, better treatment and better lives. I am thankful for my family and friends, doctors and therapists at Kaiser, colleagues and friends at UC Davis, Coach Melissa and our fight family in Rock Steady Boxing Sacramento, and all the wonderful and inspiring people I have been very lucky to meet since being diagnosed: PANC and YO YO YO and Davis support group friends, Ken Press and Sacfit and running friends, David Moore and Taiji friends and inspiring people met while tagging along Coach’s marathons: Jimmy Choi, Michael J. Fox and Team Fox, Bruce Silverglade, Hector Roca and the coaches at Gleason’s Gym, Amy Bauman, Michael Sazonov, Julie Worden and the wonderful dancers at Dance for PD, Jim Kroeger, Aidan Price and Corey Emberton and the fighters at Rock Steady Boxing Windy City and Sam Colonna and the coaches and fighters at Sam Colonna’s Boxing Gym. I am especially thankful for my Parkinson’s sisters and brothers for their strength and courage to fight everyday to not be defeated by PD.  The overwhelming support from everyone and organizations like the Michael J Fox Foundation have made living with PD an incredible journey. Thank you! – Onelia
