Welcome to Team Kathy! 

Dear Friends and Family,

As many of you know, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease (PD) in 2018. After the initial shock of the diagnosis wore off, I quickly realized that I needed to turn this into something positive for me and others diagnosed with this disease. I got involved with The Parkinson’s Foundation because of all of the advanced research they are doing in order to find a cure for Parkinson’s. Their research has led to breakthroughs in treatment and improved care that bring hope to the entire Parkinson’s community.

I am happy to report that through exercise, following my doctor’s orders, and the amazing support from all of you, I have received an excellent bill of health during my most recent doctor’s visit, and plan to continue in that direction.
