Join the fight to beat Parkinson’s Disease!

Paul and I have been working through our own journey with Parkinson's Disease since 2008 when he was diagnosed. We have always been active and in the past have loved to travel throughout Florida biking, hiking and kayaking. Now we enjoy other types of activities including going to museums, attending the many shows, plays and theatres in central Florida, leading two social groups, one in our neighborhood and the PD Sunday Chatham Exercise Group, exercising and Rock Steady Boxing, brewing beer & working at the beer festivals,  photography, genealogy and enjoying each other's company. Our bond has gotten stronger as the years have passed as we have been involved with "getting the word out" about Parkinson's Disease and the many resources in the Villages available to both Care Partners and PD Patients. The Parkinson's Foundation has made a difference in the PD community in Florida and The Villages with information and education about the disease. Please support them by supporting us, your team leaders, for a successful Moving Day The Villages on Saturday, March 16th from 9-noon at the Polo Club. Thank you all for being part of our team.
